Financial Management Strengthening International Planned Parenthood

DATEX reviewed, improved and documented the management and accounting procedures of International Planned Parenthood/Western Hemisphere Region (IPPF/WHR) for its Home Office and 46 country affiliates. This work involved the review and additional design of MIS financial systems, internal control systems, procurement and inventory management systems (for family planning commodities) to ensure compliance with donor regulations concerning cost incurrence and reimbursement as well as generally accepted accounting principles.
