Management Training And Economics Education Project (MTEEP): USAID/ENI

DATEX provides expert monitoring and evaluation of the Management Training and Economics Education Project for Central and Eastern Europe managed by USAID Europe and New Independent States Bureau. The formative monitoring of the evaluation includes assisting USAID with discussing progress and advising implementors on quantitative and qualitative information to provide impact assessment reports. DATEX designed and implemented a revised formative monitoring and evaluation system and a summative evaluation system. The work in this expert evaluation involves human resource development, institutional strengthening, and economic reform encompassing the fields of banking, finance, accounting, economics, management, and agribusiness development.
