Human Resources Office (HRO) Definite Quantity Contract: USAID/Haiti

DATEX was awarded a task-order Definite Quantity Contract (DQC) by AID/Haiti's Human Resources Office (HRO) because of our ability to quickly identify and mobilize competent teams and provide them with home-office support. DATEX helped to strengthen the HRO's multi-sector PVO program portfolio by providing a host of services in strategic planning, project design and evaluation, implementation of financial requirements and reporting, and management support. DATEX worked with HRO management and staff to develop individual and program work plans, and designed a system for more efficient utilization of personnel resources. DATEX completed thirteen task orders under this DQC including several evaluations.
