Human Resources Definite Quantity Contract (DQC): USAID/Haiti

DATEX provided services to USAID/Haiti in the areas of NGO capacity-building and Democracy & Governance through a Definite Quantity Contract (DQC). Activities under this DQC included:

• reviewing and improving procedures related to the registration of Haitian non-profit organizations
• supporting and promoting self-help efforts on the part of small communities and local community groups
• evaluating the Development of Democracy and Elections Management Assistance Projects
• designing the Project Paper for the Democracy Enhancement Project
• evaluating the role of women in the design, implementation, and utilization of child survival services
