International Field Project Implementation: pre-mobilization team building/orientation, team deployment, logistical support, local staff recruitment, work plan development, contract management and budgetary compliance.
Monitoring and Evaluation: as a result of our comprehensive analysis of a project, DATEX is able to provide individual programs with timely and personalized information about progress towards their goals and offer suggestions for improvements tailored to the unique political climate, resources of that country, and other requirements.
Capacity Building, Training and Facilitation/Coalition Building: DATEX conducts Organizational Capacity Assessments (OCA) for organizations to strengthen their capacity in these areas: financial management, human resources and administration, leadership and governance, external relations and program management.
Grants Management and Financial Services: DATEX provides pre-award audits, post-award audits, financial tracking, eligibility criteria, work plans and disbursement schedule development, grants management information systems, accounting, audits, cost controls, cost recovery, financial planning, sub-grant distribution.
Management Information Systems: DATEX conducts needs analysis, requirements definition, system design, hardware procurement, system integration, LAN implementation, maintenance, database development.
Events Management: DATEX provides site selection, reservations, transportation, international shipping and customs clearance, registration services, conference planning, tour coordination, language and translation services, facilitation, moderation.

DATEX has provided services to the U.S. Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of Commerce, the World Bank, the United Nations, nongovernmental organizations, private voluntary organizations as well as private sector entities in both the U.S. and abroad. HOW OUR CLIENTS RATE US DATEX’s past performance ratings by Dun and Bradstreet and DCAA have surpassed the industry average. Dun and Bradstreet evaluated DATEX’s services on a scale of 1 – 5 with "1" as the highest rating. DATEX received a "1", or the highest rating, for customer satisfaction, responsiveness to clients, quality of service, timeliness of services and overall value of the cost. DCAA began auditing DATEX’s records in 1988 and rates the DATEX accounting systems as "flawless". "Everything is proceeding exceptionally well.
